The Important Live Stream Waiver

There are occasions when local conditions, either your connections, wifi, software version, chosen browser, router, local data and bandwidth issues may provide you with a less than ideal connection or perhaps no connection at all.

Power Media Live and their streaming service can offer no responsibility for such local problems or offer refunds when it is clear the service is being received acceptably by the majority of those that subscribe to a given stream. We will use the feed-back of the majority to determine that our outward bound signal and data stream is providing the service offered.

What do I need to watch a live stream?

Before you purchase your pay per view ticket just head over to our test page and click the video, if it plays on your device then you are good to go!

However, even those the above are supported devices please ensure you have check out our test video on the device you are going to watch the Live! stream on. If your mobile, tablet, PC etc is out of date, not updated or has a very low spec you may not have the best viewing experience.

Blackberry and Windows phone users: You may still able to view videos on devices that support HTML5; however, we do not test out our player in these environments and thus cannot guarantee support.

Samsung users: The Samsung Internet browser (all versions) is not supported our streaming service We recommend installing Chrome instead.

*Smart TV’s are supported but again it is best to check the test video on your TV before purchasing a ticket

Internet Connection

This is always a tricky one, generally watching our live streams from home (WiFi) or on a mobile (4G/5G) you shouldn’t have any issues. But we cannot guarantee your connection to us, so its best to check your signal strength from the location you wish to view the Live! stream.

If you find that either the test video or your live stream is buffering or jerky, you might find your internet connection isn’t the best. Here are some helpful tips to make the most of your Live! stream.

  • Use a wired connection to avoid any WiFi issues.

  • Move closer to your Wifi router can also help with signal strength,

  • Try a different browser, even though we love Chrome, try Safari, Firefox, Opera etc.

  • Refresh your current browser/re-login to the pay per view link.

How do I buy a PPV ticket?

To purchase a Pay-Per-View (PPV) ticket, simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit our platform or streaming page. You can access it via the link provided or by navigating to our streaming page through the menu on our website.
  2. Once you’re on the streaming page, you’ll likely see the event or content you’re interested in watching. If not, browse or search for the specific event you want to purchase.
  3. Click on the event or content you want to watch. This should lead you to a page where you can find more details about the event and how to purchase a ticket.
  4. Look for a “Buy” or “Purchase” button. Click on it to initiate the purchasing process.
  5. You may be prompted to log in to your account if you haven’t already done so. If you don’t have an account, you might need to create one.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process. You’ll likely need to enter your payment information, such as credit card details.
  7. Once the payment is successful, you should receive a confirmation message or email containing your access code or a link to access the PPV event.
  8. If there’s a specific time for the event to start, make sure to tune in at the scheduled time to enjoy the live stream.

I haven't received my live stream code/email?

This is the most commonly asked support question we receive. After completing payment for your PPV Live Stream, you’ll receive an email containing your access code (which may take a few minutes to arrive). The code will be sent to the email address you used for the purchase (or the address associated with Google Play or Apple Pay).

Please ensure you’ve checked all your email folders, including Spam, Promotions, Social, and Main, before reaching out for assistance.

I've purchased a live stream ticket. Can I use it to watch when the event is over?

We exclusively stream events live, so if you’ve bought a live stream PPV ticket and attempt to access it, it won’t function as the live stream and event have concluded. The event is now over! To re-watch or catch up on anything you missed, you’ll need to purchase an on-demand or replay ticket, where accessible.

The video I am watching is jerky/buffering.

Watching our live streams from home (via WiFi) or on mobile (using 4G/5G) typically works smoothly. However, we can’t guarantee flawless connectivity to our service, so it’s advisable to check your signal strength from your desired viewing location.

If you notice buffering or jerky playback either in the test video or during the live stream, it’s possible that your internet connection isn’t optimal. Here are some tips to improve your viewing experience:

  1. Use a wired connection instead of relying solely on WiFi to avoid potential issues.
  2. Consider moving closer to your WiFi router to enhance signal strength.
  3. Experiment with different web browsers. While we recommend Chrome, trying alternatives like Safari, Firefox, or Opera might yield better results.
  4. Refresh your current browser page or try logging back into the pay-per-view link to see if it resolves the issue.

Implementing these suggestions should help optimize your live streaming experience.

My stream won't load. "Too Many Devices" error?

After purchasing your ticket, please ensure that you log in to the device on which you intend to watch the live stream. Switching between different devices will end your stream to prevent account and password sharing. Kindly log in only on the device you wish to use for viewing. Attempting to access the stream on multiple devices using the same ticket code on multiple occasions will result in being locked out completely. You will encounter the “Too Many Devices” error and will have to wait up to 5 minutes for access to the live stream again.

If you have not shared your code with others and still see the too many devices error, this may of been caused by refreshing the live stream page or player in your browser – Please wait 5 minutes and try again. You wont be locked out.

The show was supposed to start and nothing is happening?

We are not affiliated with the event/shows team and can only livestream according to their schedule. Therefore, it’s possible that the stream may not start on time due to delays from the promoter/event organiser/match running late. We make every effort to keep viewers informed of any delays through updates on the main streaming page, social media, and a visual text scroller at the bottom of the livestream video.

The timing of the stream also depends on the type of broadcast planned by the organisers. If you’ve purchased a “Pay Per View” or “Livestream” ticket, it means you’re tuning in to a live streaming event, and you should join at the specified start time or at least 15 minutes before. If you join late, you won’t be able to rewind or start from the beginning.

On the other hand, if you have tickets to a “Video on Demand” event, it means you’ve paid to view the event at your convenience within a specific time frame. You’ll have at least one day to watch the video, and you can view it multiple times within that period. Please refer to your ticket details for further information.

Watching a Live Stream

Want to watch our live stream on the big screen or while on the move? Here’s how:


Can i watch on my phone?

Certainly, But please ensure that you’re watching the live stream directly through your browser and not via a link on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Social media platforms often use their own internal browsers, which can cause issues with live streams. Instead, open Opera, Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or DuckDuckGo separately and view the stream through those browsers for better results. Stay away from the Samsung Internet browser too.

However, it’s essential to have a stable internet connection. Generally, watching our live streams from home (via WiFi) or on mobile (via 4G/5G) shouldn’t pose any issues. However, we cannot guarantee your connection to us, so it’s advisable to check your signal strength from the location where you plan to view the live stream.

If you encounter buffering or jerky video during either the test video or the live stream, it could indicate a suboptimal internet connection. Here are some helpful tips to enhance your viewing experience:

– Use a wired connection to avoid WiFi issues.
– Moving closer to your WiFi router can also improve signal strength.
– Try a different browser. While we recommend Chrome, experimenting with Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc., may yield better results.
– Refresh your current browser or re-login to the pay-per-view link.

Can i cast/mirror the stream from my to iPhone to a tv?

You can wirelessly connect your iPhone to a smart TV as long as the TV is AirPlay 2-compatible. To find out if your TV is AirPlay 2-compatible, check with your TV manufacturer. Once you know the two are compatible, here’s how you mirror your iPhone.

  • First, make sure your iPhone and smart TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and powered on.
  • On your iPhone, swipe down from the upper right corner to open the Control Center.
  • Tap Screen Mirroring.
  • Select your TV from the list that appears. If a passcode appears on your TV (may happen for first-time users), enter the code on your iPhone to complete the connection.

Can I watch on my tv from my Samsung Phone?

1. Navigate to the content you’d like to cast on your TV, whether it’s the TikTok app, a  web page on Google Chrome, or the Photos app. 2. Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings panel (this is where you’ll find Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, etc.)

3. Swipe left and you’ll find the Smart View icon (the play button inside a circle). Tap on it. 4. All your discoverable (and “castable”) devices will appear. Tap on your TV.

5. A pop-up message asking, “Start mirroring with Smart View?” will appear. Tap on Start now.

6. On your TV, you’ll likely get a message prompting you to allow an incoming casting request. Using your remote, accept it. Voila! Just like that, the content on your phone should appear on your TV screen without a hitch

Can I watch on my FireStick?

A media streaming device called the Amazon FireTV / FireTV Stick turns your ordinary TV into a smart TV. With the Amazon Fire TV Web Browser, users can browse the web and play games from the comfort of their sofa.

First of all you need to make sure you have a web browser installed. Like Amazon Silk.

1. Go To “Find”

How to tune into

Step 1. Press The Menu Button On The Remote.

This will bring up the browser’s navigation controls.

Step 2. Enter a URL in the Web Search Box.

Use the on-screen keyboard to click, type, and search for your websites. or for example

Step 3. Click on “Go”.

In case you are not very good at typing with your remote, we recommend using a remote with voice recognition like Alexa Remote to spell out the website name instead of typing it.

Can I watch on my Games Console or Smart TV?

Yes, you can watch our live streams on your games console or smart TV. Essentially, you can access all of our live streams on any device that supports a browser. Simply type in the web address of your live stream on your device’s browser.

Please ensure that your system is up to date. Additionally, note that some older TVs or consoles might be a little outdated, so we recommend trying out our test video/stream before making a purchase to ensure compatibility.

This is all new to us and we are going to need help, can you guide us through?

Yes. Many of our new clients have never professionally live streamed before. We guide them through the process and can provide as much hand holding as is required. Just let us know your skill level when enquiring. 

Is live streaming expensive?

Live streaming your conference/event/game is a lot less expensive than it was 5 years ago and is a lot more affordable than most people think.

It can even be delivered with just one camera.

Will a live broadcast reduce the physical attendees to my event?

Not in our experience. Quite the opposite actually happens. Clients have reported that they have seen an increase in physical attendance after implementing live streaming of their event. We can’t make any promises of this though… By adding an online presence with a live stream, you are offering a more robust experience that allows the at home/office viewers to also take part in your event.

Do virtual viewers then turn into physical attendees?

They can, and do! Leveraging your event as a networking opportunity as well as an educational one is in our opinion, a huge factor in virtual to physical attendance conversion. Statistics show that 30% of virtual attendees have converted to physical attendees the following year. In addition, live streaming can be a huge attendee retention opportunity, as individuals that are usually physical attendees can become virtual attendees and still feel like they are part of the event.

How can we use live broadcasting to help promote our company?

There are many ways that live streaming an event has delivered benefits to companies.

• It will help you engage those that have come to the event in the past but, could not come this time.

• You will reach a new audience of people who have never come to your event. These people will may well then become future physical attendees.

• You can reach an international audience that cannot come to your event due to expense or who are just not familiar with your company.

• You can provide the ability for your exhibitors to host your stream and deliver greater value to them allowing them to share your content with their employees, customers or prospects.

Which live stream platform should we use?

Well, that depends on your event requirements. If you’re looking to stream an event for pay-per-view, you can utilize our platform and embed our live stream player into your own website or use ours. Alternatively, if you prefer to stream to social media platforms for free, we can assist with that too. We have the capability to stream to 30+ social media platforms simultaneously.

What areas do you cover?

We offer our live streaming services across the UK & Ireland. However there will be additional charges for travel for distances over 50 miles from our studio in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire (NG19 8BA) £0.70p per mile after the first 50. Also, if your event exceeds our 10pm unsociable hours cut off point (not including the take down and shut down of our equipment and service) then there will be an extra £150 accommodation fee for our crew or personnel.


What you need to know about streaming media.


Can we broadcast whatever we like on free platforms like Facebook and YouTube?

No. Facebook, YouTube and other free platforms have software that runs in the background that will block or instantly remove your broadcast if you play some published music and video. There is no way of us predicting this process but staying clear of anything published will mean you are safe

Can we broadcast whatever we like on other platforms that you provide?

Yes. We can provide platforms with no restrictions that will generate a live video player that you can add to your website or a web link that you can share. This may be a charged for service though.

How can we broadcast to free social platforms like Facebook and YouTube without copyright issues?

Simply by making sure that all the music is original to the performer and not published and you do not stream any movies or previously uploaded content.

Streaming Content

What will your stream look like?


Can we incorporate previously shot videos and images?

Yes. We offer full production with graphics, videos, titles and images. You can provide this to us in advance or we can also create this for you for an extra charge

What do you show in between talks/sessions/breaks?

There are a few options that have been successful in filling the gap in between sessions. One would be selling space to exhibitors or sponsors to run promotional videos during that time. We can provide our POWERTV service to interview attendees or speakers. This has been extremely well received by the virtual audience, as it provides them a whole new level of content not provided to the on-site attendees.

Can we have a sponsor for the broadcast?

Yes. we can add the sponsor’s logos directly on the screen by way of a watermark or small image. We can also run a promotional video at the beginning of the stream or in between sessions.

Can we have a private broadcast that only our followers can see?

Yes. We can deliver this on your own website or on our generic unbranded site with a simple event page for your event(s) with individual member sign up and login.

Can our virtual attendees ask questions live?

Yes, the virtual audience can ask a question through the player or via a dedicated feed. The questions can then be delivered to one of your team on site to moderate or read directly by the speaker

Are all the broadcasts also recorded?

Well, that depends on your event requirements. If you’re looking to stream an event for pay-per-view, you can utilize our platform and embed our live stream player into your own website or use ours. Alternatively, if you prefer to stream to social media platforms for free, we can assist with that too. We have the capability to stream to 30+ social media platforms simultaneously.


Here are some answers to frequently asked technical questions


Do we have to provide the broadband if you live stream with for us?

No but it’s cheaper if you can. We have our own broadband provided by our bonded cellular encoders and we also use satellite vans but you will pay for the data used so if you can provide some it will keep the costs down.

Do I pay per online viewer?

No, unlike other streaming companies we do not charge per viewer.

Are the broadcasts viewable on a mobile device?

Yes. Virtual attendees can access the live stream on their mobile devices. In some cases, only the video will be delivered to the phone to maintain the quality of the experience for the user.

Is there a limit to the amount of people who can view the broadcast?

No. A lot of other companies will charge you per viewing hour but we don’t believe in that.

How many of your crew will attend our event and do you provide everyone?

It depends on how large the event is. There would normally be at least two staff per event, a Camera Operator and a Production Technician but a livestream can be delivered with just one Camera Operator.

What to do if I cannot get the live broadcast to play?

Sometimes a live stream may temporarily stop playing. This could be down to network traffic or other connectivity issues. In such cases it is worth waiting a few minutes and then retry playing the live stream again by pressing the play button. If the live stream will still not play then try refreshing the page by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
